As this site sought to minimize its use of ads placed by such enemies of free and open discourse as Google and Amazon, visitors and I often encountered weird or undesirable ads. That is, the ads were undesirable because of content, not just because all ads are undesirable. It does not appear that there is any safe way to carry automatically generated ads on this site.
